We are all troubled by how much it costs to run the Association. Every year the dues go up, and we all complain. 

But do you know that our dues are lower than many other nearby communities with similar services? And do you know why? 

Part of the reason for that is that we have a very active community of volunteers. During 2025 the Association saved nearly $50,000 which otherwise would have had to be part of our dues. 

Won't you volunteer, and help us contain costs. 

You can volunteer for a specific role, or just add your name to the list of those we reach out to with email. You can participate when and if you are able and willing, no obligation. 

There are some roles which are long term commitments (the Board), but mostly the roles are short term - just one project.
