Architectural Review Request

The Architectural Review Committee (ARC) Improvement Application is required before making any modifications that affect the exterior of, or the exterior appearance of your unit. 

Please see the ARC Design Guidelines, especially section II (Procedures for Architectural Review), section III (Requirements Necessary for Approval), and Section IV (Insurance Requirements and Liability) for further description and guidance for what you need to do, and for special circumstances.  

Be aware that contractors you engage will probably be required to provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) unless they are already well established at the Villas at the Boulders. When you request a COI, we strongly urge that you request that both you and the Villas at the Boulders be listed as named insureds. This is a very common request which any insurance company treats as routine.
