The board attempts to publish a newsletter each month, on a best effort basis. Remember that nobody is getting paid to do this, it is strictly a volunteer activity. 

The newsletter is sent out by the Management Company, Keystone Pacific, using their "eblast" mailing list

That mailing list uses the email address which you provide to Keystone Pacific
