Board Calendar

Board Meetings

Board Check-in is reserved time weekly for "if-needed" short informal meetings. Saves time trying to schedule meetings for issues that arise. Virtual attendance by google meet, arranged by Dee. Josh usually does not attend these. Information minutes may be kept, but are not published. 

Coffee meetings are informal, occur in the homes of volunteers or in the IAC. Invitees are residents of one street, meeting with some board members. Informal minutes may be kept for aide-memoire, but are not published. 

Board Worksessions occur monthly. Virtual attendance is by MS Teams, set up by Josh. Committee chairs and some project leaders are invited. Formal agenda. Minutes are kept and posted on website and on Keystone portal. 

Quarterly Meetings occur in February, May, August, and November, and are oriented around Homeowner interaction. Virtual attendance by MS Teams set up by Josh. Minutes are kept an posted on website and on Keystone portal. 

The Annual Members meeting occurs in November. Virtual attendance by MS Teams set up by Josh. Approval of annual budget and election of directors. Reports by committee chairs.
