Both the Villas and the Broadlands (the Master) have a Management Company, a company that specializes in management services for homeowner associations

Over time, both the Villas and the Master have changed Management companies from time to time. The Villas has had 4 different Management companies (Managed with Care, Vista, Advance HOA, and now Keystone). 

Right at this time, both the Villas and the Master use the same company Keystone Pacific Property Management, but out of different offices with different staffing

The manager for the Villas is Joshua Hall, we have a lot to do with Josh, and deal with him much more frequently

The manager for the Broadlands Master Association is Kelly Miller.  Most of us have fewer occasions to interact with Kelly, except about the Pools, and the Indoor Activity Center occasionally
