The Covenants prohibit parking overnight on our Villas streets

The stretch of Boulder Circle between Plaster Point and Boulder Point is a city street, and parking is allowed, and free.

If you need a special waiver to park in front of your house for 1 or 2 days, you can ask for an Overnight Parking  Exception
