This is a report which a homeowner can request about his/her own property, which lists things like work orders you have submitted, arc requests and lbc requests you have submitted, and the reviews of you property that took place during various HOA reviews - like the gutter assessment, or the wood trim rot assessment. This is a fairly new feature, but more information will be added in the future. 

Unlike many other things on this website, the Property Report Request will insist that you be logged in to your google account before it will allow you to have a report, to verify that you are a homeowner and ensure you only get your own report.
