Oral History of Dennis Urbaniak 

One of our most well-known and admired residents, Dennis has been chairman of the ARC for more than 20 years. Everyone who knows him has heard him expound upon the early days of the Villas. The board arranged for an oral history to be done with Dennis (and Kay) by the Broomfield County Historical Society, led by David Allison. Also attending were Bob Wathen, himself a very long resident of the Villas, and two board members, Tom O'Leary and Dee Buck. Neither the audio nor the transcript  differentiates among the speakers very well, so it requires a bit of perseverance to read or listen to.
