Replacing the old day-night sensors

Jeff Reid, one of our exceptional volunteers has launched a project on his own to replace the old day-night sensors. 

When a light burnout is reported to the Management Company, Josh notifies Jeff, who on his own time and initiative, has undertaken to replace the lamps with modern "dusk to dawn" bulbs, and remove the old sensors.

Below is a recent report from Jeff to the board on what he has achieved.  If you see Jeff, thank him for this great work he is doing for us all.
