ARC Guidelines

The ARC Guidelines are developed and published by the Architectural Review Committee and formally adopted by the board

The Guidelines set out general responsibilities and detail the procedures to be followed, including submission of the Architectural Review Request, in addition to a detailed list of specific situations you might encounter.

The guidelines are usually updated a few times a year, so it is important to ensure you are looking at the most recent version, so we advise always looking here on the website to see the latest copy. 

From time to time a review of the guidelines is conducted with homeowner input, to ensure the guidelines reflect what the community wants, insofar as proposed changes are consistent with the Covenants.
