The Rules and Regulations Document

A "Rules and Regulations Document" was produced in 2006. It was meant to help homeonwers understand and navigate the different kind of rules. It restated some of the articles in the Covenants, and added some additional rules  adopted by the board under Covenants 2.52. The document was rewritten in 2018, and had several revisions after that. The latest document was revised in 2022. 

It continues to have the problem that by restating the Covenants in "easier" language, it risks creating confusion about what the rule really is (and it is always what the Covenants say). 

We are trying to revise the document. Here is a draft of the new version, which has not yet been finalized or adopted.
