Rules and Regulations

The Rules and Regulations Document

A "Rules and Regulations Document" was produced in 2006. It was meant to help homeonwers understand and navigate the different kind of rules. It restates some of the articles in the Covenants, and using the board's authority for rule making, expands and elaborates some of them, as well as adding some additional rules adopted by the board under Covenants 2.52. 

The document was rewritten in 2018, and has had several small revisions after that. Most recently the document has been completely revised. The latest document was adopted in 2026.
