The Association

The Villas at the Boulders is a Non-Profit Association, under Colorado law (the Colorado Common Ownership Interest Act, of CCOIA)

Homeowners are "Members" of the Association

Members of the Association voluntarily agree to be bound by a set of rules which all adhere to, which make our community safe, valuable, and "a nice place to live"

The Association has an elected Board of Directors, and various officers and committees

The Association is guided by a set of Governing Documents
