The Association

The Villas at the Boulders is a Non-Profit Association, under Colorado law.

Homeowners are "Members" of the Association, each unit has one vote

Members of the Association voluntarily agree to be bound by a collection of rules which all adhere to, which make our community safe, valuable, and "a nice place to live"

The Association has an elected Board of Directors, and various officers and committees

The Association is guided by a set of Governing Documents
