Houses

• There are 124 Villas in our community

• Only 2 are standalone single-family homes, the other 122 are arranged in 61 duplexes

• Each duplex has a unit 101 and a unit 102

• Unit 101 is always the unit on the right when looking at the duplex from the street

• There are 4 different models of home: 2 are two story (the Monterey and the Saratoga), and two are single story (the Sonoma and the Rutherford). All have a basement. Some basements are finished. Some basements are half-basements and some are full. 

• In each duplex one of the houses has a front door opening on the street, and the other front door opens on the side. 

• Houses opening onto the street are always a Monterey or a Rutherford. Houses opening onto the side are always a Saratoga or a Sonoma. 

• If your house is 1 story, and the front door faces the street, you have a Rutherford

• If your house is 1 story, and the front door faces the side, you have a Sonoma

• If your house is 2 story, and the front door faces the street, you have a Monterey

• If your house is 2 story, and the front door faces the side, you have a Saratoga

Paint Colors

There is a document here which describes the colors of the paint, which are available from Sherwin Williams. 

Square Footage

The original drawings from 2002 have some square footage information on them, which is barely legible. This comes from a time when the models didn't have names yet, and were referred to on the drawings as "Ranch #2" and "2 Story #1". Here is what they say. Your mileage may vary:
