There are 124 Villas in our community

Only 2 are standalone single-family homes, the other 122 are arranged in 61 duplexes

Each duplex has a unit 101 and a unit 102

Unit 101 is always the unit on the right when looking at the duplex from the street

There are 4 different models of home: 2 are two story (the Monterey and the Saratoga), and two are single story (the Sonoma and the Rutherford). All have a basement. Some basements are finished. Some basements are half-basements and some are full. 

In each duplex one of the houses has a front door opening on the street, and the other front door opens on the side. 

Houses opening onto the street are always a Monterey or a Rutherford. Houses opening onto the side are always a Saratoga or a Sonoma. 

If your house is 1 story, and the front door faces the street, you have a Rutherford

If your house is 1 story, and the front door faces the side, you have a Sonoma

If your house is 2 story, and the front door faces the street, you have a Monterey

If your house is 2 story, and the front door faces the side, you have a Saratoga
