Landscaping

The LBC is delegated by the Board to: 

• make policy decisions, 

• maintain the overall planting plan

• make choices about planting and removal, 

• steer the Association's long term strategy regarding water usage

• decide on homeowner proposals for planting or removal

• oversee the work of the contractor, and the LBC workgroup

The LBC Workgroup is a collection of volunteers who operate under the aegis of the LBC, but have a much broader volunteer membership. They work during the spring, summer and fall to: 

• plant new bushes or flowers

• remove dead plants

• skirt trees and trim bushes

• mulch

The Association enters into a contract with a local firm to provide Landscaping Maintenance. Currently our contractor is High Plains Property Maintenance, and we contract with them both for Landscaping and for Snow Removal.
