The Covenants and Bylaws establish a Board of Directors, consisting of 5 unpaid, volunteer homeowners serving a term of 2 years. If you are interested, you can Volunteer to run for the Board of Directors.
Several critical standing committees of the board have specific duties. See the Committees page, where you can also learn about volunteering to serve on one of the committees.
Among our homeowners about 25% have joined the Volunteer Corps, simply a mailing list of those who are willing to pitch in, from time to time, as and when they are able.
The board also appoints Officers, who are not directors, but homeowners with special skills who advise and assist the board on subjects like insurance, construction, IT, and the orientation of new homeowners. Each year the board publishes the List of Directors and Officers and list of Volunteers, so Homeowners can know which of their neighbors they should thank for helping to maintain our community.
