The Landscape Beautification Committee ('The LBC') manages our grounds: trees, bushes, plantings, and maintenance of the supporting infrastructure, such as the irrigation system 

The LBC was formed in 2016 under this charter

Being on the LBC is a brains job, not a brawn job. LBC members meet to discuss policy, long term strategy for water conservation, protection of our trees, selection of plantings and other landscape elements.

The LBC provides direct oversight of the Landscaping Contractor, who maintains the grounds.  

If you are interested you can  Volunteer to join the LBC committee.  Membership is by appointment, and the committee must be kept to a manageable size, so volunteering does not assure membership - but members come and go.
