The Master Association

The Villas at the Boulders is but one community in The Broadlands, the "Master Association". 

The Broadlands comprises some 2400 homes on about 800 acres connected by parks, recreational amenities, trails, schools, a community pool, a shopping center and an 18-hole championship golf course

The Master Association provides services for all of the communities, but each community governs itself

In addition to your dues to the Villas at the Boulders, you also pay dues quarterly to the Master Association. 

The Indoor Activity Center, managed by the Master, is a separate organization for funding purposes. We are fortunate that the Indoor Activity Center is just walking distance at the north of our community.
