Trails

On our property are 4 north-south "trails", trail 1 (the eastermost) through trail 4 (on the west) 

All the trails connect on the North to the Broomfield County's "Lake Link Trail"

On the south, trail 1 runs all the way to 136th Avenue. The others run to Boulder Circle, which is nominally the Southern Edge of our community

The trails are private property, shared between the Villas and the Condos
