A hierarchy of Governing Documents

• The Articles of Incorporation create our non-profit association and the Colorado Certificate attests to its creation

• The "Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions" (aka the DCCRs, or the Covenants) describes the Association, and the promises community members make to keep our neighborhood the kind of place we want to live

• We have one Amendment to the Covenants, involving insurance deductibles. 

• The Bylaws describe details of how the Association and the Board of Directors operates

• An additional set of Policies cover specific difficult or unclear situations and how boards have decided to handle them over the last more than 20 years

• The ARC Guidelines, proposed by the Architectural Review Committee, and adopted by the board of directors, contained detailed guidance for homowners about changes to their properties.
